What is Alfusin? Alfusin 10 is prescribed to male patients suffering from enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It may also be used to treat male patients with difficulty urinating, which it does by reducing the pressure on the bladder and prostate muscles. This medication is not suitable for use by children or female patients.
How is Alfusin 10 used? Patients prescribed Alfusin 10 are usually prescribed a dosage of 10mg per day by their health care provider. It should normally be taken alongside a meal or snack and swallowed whole without being chewed or broken in any way. Close monitoring is usually required when taking this medication, due to this you should always keep all appointments with your health care provider.
