Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients with undiagnosed abnormal vaginal bleeding, blood clot disorder, stroke, incomplete abortion, breast cancer, liver dysfunction, pregnancy, and hypersensitivity. Dosage: Adult: PO- The recommended dose is 10 mg 2-3 times/day. Usage: It comes as a tablet to take by mouth, with or without food. Precautions: Caution should be exercised in patients with history of blood clot disorder, kidney impairment, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, migraine, fluid retention, and breastfeeding. Monitor closely eye vision and symptoms of blood clot disorders. It may cause dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking Endogest (200 mg). Side Effects: Dizziness, nausea, headache, fatigue, emotional lability, irritability; abdominal pain, musculoskeletal pain. Warning: Avoid excess dosage.
