Contraindications: Contraindicated in patients with bone marrow suppression and hypersensitivity. Dosage: Malignant Melanoma: The recommended dosage is 2 to 4.5mg/kg/day for 10 days. Treatment may be repeated at 4-week intervals. Hodgkin's Disease: The recommended dose is 150mg/square meter body surface/day for 5 days. Usage: It comes as a solution for injection to be administered by a healthcare provider into the vein. Precautions: Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages and citrus fruit juices. Side Effects: Most Common - Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and loss of appetite. Miscellaneous - Hair loss, tingling, photosensitivity, rashes and facial flushing. Liver - Liver damage. Warning: Avoid excess dosage. Storage Conditions: Store it in refrigerator (2-8°C).
